Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Redirect Supply, a domain redirect management service operated by K-COMBO s.r.o., a company registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, file no. C 29936/KSCB, registered office at Okružní 709, České Budějovice 4, 370 01 České Budějovice, Czech Republic, VAT ID CZ09264396 ("Redirect Supply," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Redirect Supply on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
What Redirect Supply does
Redirect Supply lets you connect domains and configure redirects, DNS settings, and related routing rules through our dashboard. The specific features available depend on your plan.
Accounts
You sign in via a one-time magic link sent to your email or via Google Sign-In — we don't use passwords. You're responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, since that's how your Redirect Supply account is protected. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your company.
Plans, billing, and payment
Redirect Supply offers a Free plan and paid Basic, Pro, and Scale plans, billed monthly or annually, as described on our Pricing page. We don't offer free trials on paid plans — the Free plan exists specifically so you can evaluate Redirect Supply before committing to a paid subscription. Because of this, all paid subscription fees are non-refundable once your subscription begins, except where required by applicable law. Paid plans are billed and processed through our payment provider, Polar. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel, and you agree that Redirect Supply may begin providing access to the paid features immediately upon payment. Where you are acting as a consumer rather than a business, you acknowledge that by requesting immediate access in this way, you waive any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to this purchase. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year and are also non-refundable, though you're welcome to downgrade to the Free plan at any time to stop future charges. We may change our pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Acceptable use
You may not use Redirect Supply to redirect to, or otherwise facilitate access to, content that is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive — including phishing, malware distribution, or impersonation of another person or business. You may not use the service to violate someone else's intellectual property rights, to send spam, or to circumvent security measures of any website or service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate redirects or accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.
Your data and configuration
You retain ownership of the domains, redirect rules, and configuration data you create in Redirect Supply. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that data solely to operate the service on your behalf. We do not claim ownership over your domains or the content they redirect to.
Our intellectual property
Redirect Supply, including our software, dashboard, branding, and documentation, is owned by K-COMBO s.r.o. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
Service availability
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where possible). Upon termination, your redirects stop functioning, and we may delete your account data after a reasonable grace period, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Redirect Supply is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-COMBO s.r.o.'s total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold K-COMBO s.r.o. harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms, including claims related to the content or destination of your redirects.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic with competent jurisdiction over K-COMBO s.r.o.'s registered seat.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll notify active customers by email before they take effect. Continued use of Redirect Supply after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
